As a Division I college athlete I always had the thought in my mind that one day I will take my commitment and dedication to the game of baseball to the next level, whatever way I could get there. I started at 3rd my first 2 years of college and then moved to short stop for my final 2 years, pitching only 5-7 innings each year. My senior year came and I knew that my best shot to turn pro was to take the mound. I graduated from NYIT and took my shot in the independent leagues as a pitcher. Fortunately I was able to perform very well and at the seasons end I got the best phone call an aspiring professional baseball player could get. The Detroit Tigers were on the other end of the call asking for me to sign with them. I have been a baseball instructor for the past 6 years and I have extensive knowledge in many different aspects of the game. From strength and conditioning, to infielders, hitters, and pitchers, I know and understand the type of training that needs to be done in order to become the complete player. Through these years I have found the movement of the human body is something crucial to success. I have been able to develop programs and understand the kinetic chain that will help all ball players reach that elusive “next level”. At “Complete Game Institute”, one of the best training facilities for ball players you could ever find, you will find what it takes to make it to the: high school, collegiate and professional levels. When I say that CGI is the best, I truly believe that. You will find me on Wednesday nights at 9:30 PM working with Rob Steinert furthering my career while embracing the training regiment that has produced impeccable results.
