- CGI Private Lesson Instructor staff includes: Former Professional Players (Toronto Blue Jays, New York Mets, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners), former D1 players (Stony Brook, New York Tech, Texas, NC State, Fordham, Boston College, St. John’s) as well as current St. Anthony’s baseball coaches.

- Each one of our instructors is certified on our exclusive CGI training methods. Our systematic building block approach from the ground up has produced unparalleled results. Each private lesson is taught on an individual basis. The CGI baseball and softball staff develops a personal relationship with each player and communicates their strengths and weaknesses to both the player and parents throughout their sessions.

- Lessons are done on our 5,000 square feet turf area, inside one of our five 80 feet long tunnels. Lesson packages are sold: single lesson, five lesson package, ten lesson package and the best value our 15 lesson “Grand Slam” package!

- Personal Training @ CGI. Our state of the art weight room has all you need to take your fitness program to the next level. Shingo Mitsomori, CGI Partner, is a CSCS certified strength specialist whose background and experience in the fitness industry ensures your workouts are intense and safe (First Aid/CPR certified).
